I’m interested in what’s underneath.
I’m drawn to the parts of life that are harder to explain neatly: why we repeat patterns we know aren’t working, why certain relationships bring out different versions of us, and why understanding something intellectually doesn’t always make change easier. In therapy, I bring warmth, curiosity, honesty, and engagement as we look together at what may be happening beneath the surface.
I am not a blank-slate therapist. I listen closely, ask thoughtful questions, and offer reflections that may help you see yourself and your relationships in new ways. I want our work to feel human, collaborative, and grounded in genuine connection.
A little about me
My experiences with parenthood and my own seasons of growth and transition have given me a deep appreciation for the moments when life asks us to reconsider who we are, what matters to us, and how we want to move forward.
I received my Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University Los Angeles. My approach is attachment-focused and psychodynamic, and I incorporate parts work to help clients understand the protective strategies and emotional patterns that may be keeping them stuck. I also provide LGBTQIA+ affirming, trauma-informed, and culturally sensitive care.
I work with adults, couples, and teens experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, grief, identity concerns, trauma, and major life transitions. As a parent of two, I have a particular appreciation for the complexities of parenthood and the ways becoming a parent can reshape identity, relationships, and one’s understanding of self.
Influenced by Irvin Yalom’s idea of therapist and client as “fellow travelers,” I approach therapy as a meeting between two people navigating the shared experience of being human. I bring my training, attention, and perspective, along with genuine humility and respect for the uniqueness of your experience. It is a privilege to be invited into another person’s inner world and to walk alongside them as they come to understand themselves with greater clarity, compassion, and freedom.
“We’re all just walking each other home.”
